Tube Pro heavy-duty snow tubes are designed for use at commercial resort tubing operations.
This snow tube is capable of withstanding the weight of a very large person. The reinforced butyl rubber tube inside the cover is made specifically for snow tubing applications. The canvas top is constructed from heavy-duty 600 denier polyester. This material is water and mildew resistant, as well as UV protected. You can expect Tube Pro snow tube covers to look great for years to come.
The support handles and exterior trim are made from heavy-duty automotive seat belt webbing. The stitching on the handles is sewn using the famous "W" pattern, one of the strongest used to sew two pieces of material together. The loop handle lanyard is made from polyester strap webbing with over 4000 lbs. (1818 kg) of tensile strength. By connecting the tow-rope through the hard plastic bottom, the snow tube has a lower center of gravity exerting less force on the snow tube cover when being pulled up the hill. The plastic bottom is made from high molecular weight polyethylene that displays high impact strength and superior cold crack resistance and slide under all snow conditions.
